Default LQ4 swap issues...help if you can

So i finally got gutsy enough to stuff a lq4 in my el camino. So i got the wiring harness from Current Performance and the computer from SpareEcm, i hook everything up it started no problem the first time. Bumped the key once started right up. But when i go to turn it off the engine runs for about 5 seconds then shuts off. Not like dieseling like fully idling away. Checked the ignition hot wire going to the computer and it shuts off when the key is off. I cant figure out where the heck its getting the power to run. Second problem i get a P1638 dtc and i think the alternator might be bad, any thoughts? Thirdly i had the EVAP system taken off the computer by Rodney and when i start it up i get the P0443 Purge Valve code, but i had the system removed and the plug taken out of the harness what to do? Then the real stumper, i may already know what to do but ill see if i right, i get the P01336 dtc, which the crank sensor, all i have to do is just find somebody with a scanner to get it in relearn mode right? haha so confusing, also would this give it a little bit of a misfire? any help is appreciated

yes the vats is disabled for it, ive tried four different wires that supply power during crank to see if that was it and it still runs for about five seconds after the key is off

Yes you need to get it relearned for the crank sensor to go away,

Try with alternator unplugged (battery power only).
The alternator may be malfunctioning and a voltage feedback is keeping the engine running

God total idiot move. I wired a electric fan from a camaro in without a relay....not thinking.... so when the key goes off and the fan is spinning down instead of being a fan it turns it self into a generator and powers the engine for a period of time..... relay relay relay remember the relays.... hahah
