Default New dyno tune but won't run at parcel throttle. Help!

I just got my Trans Am dyno tuned and it idols now and runs great at WOT. But when I'm just cruising at parcel throttle it spits and sputters until you floor it. The car has all the bolt ons and a bigger cam. It was flooding really bad before I got it tuned. Could the spark plugs be causing this if they're fouled? Any ideas?

You need a complete tune - not just a dyno tune at WOT... did you pay for a complete tune? if so, sounds like you need to find a new tuner... Did you change the injectors? if so, was the car tuned for the bigger injectors?

I think I got a complete tune. He tuned my car off the dyno and drove it around and tuned on it then put it on the dyno. He did change some things while on the dyno. Maybe that's what messed it up

I paid 600$ for a complete tune. He did not change injectors.

Yeah, that's a load of crap - for $600 that car should be absolutely perfect from idle to WOT... The car should be tuned both on and off the dyno - but one shouldn't "undo" the other... Take it back to him and if he can't make it right, tell him you want your money back and go find someone reputable...
