Default Can HPtuners be used with an Ipad to tune a car?

Just as the title states. Are the Ipads strong enough to use HPtuners on?

there is no ipad app for hptuners

you can however set up a laptop to use a vpn, but that's just a waste, might as well just use the laptop in the first place

the ipad is not a mini mac computer, it is an oversized iPhone without the phone calling portion.

ipad uses iOS....
hptuners is not written for iOS

however, you may potentially be able to run it on an acer windows tablet, which will blow an ipad out of the water...just depends on the OS you have on the acer tablet...the older version with windows 7 will work just fine, the new version with windows 8 might be more of a challenge to get running, but it should work as everything that runs on 7 will run on 8.... it just becomes a challenge with getting it to use the mpvi drivers.

I'm certain it does not work on the ipad directly.

I've had more friends with apple computer problems than with pc problems..

and all my apple friends have to go into an apple store to get it fixed.

where my friends with any pc problems... just fix it themselves or ask somebody else working with them and it gets fixed within minutes....

I've had the same PC laptop for over 5 years now and still havent had any problems with it

Bullshit Apples never ever break and they have no viruses

I hate Apple just because of the hipster idiots at the local coffee house.

^^^ Yeah not like HP tuners requires running a dual xeon processor server. An intel atom netbook or AMD netbook should run it fine. If you want to buy a full size laptop that'll work fine. I bought an Asus laptop for i think 329 or 349, 15 inch or 16 inch screen AMD dual core and 2 or 4 gigs of ram.

Thanx for the info Jon5212. I like those prices. I'm going to look into getting me one of those.
