I have ’97 C5 that threw a P0336 code and thought I could diagnose with my Tech II only to find that with the early PCM’s (97-98) there is no Special Functions options available.
If I tell the Tech II that I am logged onto a ‘99 on up Y or F – body, the Special Functions options is there and I can do the CPK relearn and others…
What’s up with this and how do you Tech II gurus get at these functions on the 07-98 cars?
