Are there any handheld tuner that would allow a tuner using EFI Live or HP Tuner to transfer tunes over to the handheld, allowing you to change tunes when needed? If this is possible, I think it would be a good option for those wanting to run an optimal NA tune and then have a Nitrous tune you could switch to when planning on spraying. Again, I have no idea if this is possible, or what handheld would allow you to do this.

Yes, its called Autocal which connects to EFI Live. Its a handheld you keep and can switch between up to 4 tunes and data log. I can send you files through email and you can change the files an unlimited amount. We keep them in stock usually.
