o2 sims and ltft's?

I'm workin on my car right now and just put on new o2's on the front and o2 sims on the back, I did a log(w/efilivev5pro) and the ltft's b1 and b2 are dead set at 0, weather I'm giving throttle or not, is it staying at 0 because of the o2 sims? .... I also put in new plugs and plug wires, new valve cover gaskets, cleaned up the coil packs and sprayed all the connections w/ electric contact cleaner, as well as replacing some of the wiring going down on the pass side that was getting burnt by the headers, put everything back together and left the single coil pack plug on each side unpluged and cranked it for a few seconds, pluged it back in and then started it up, it sounds ok but I'm just confused about the ltft's, also the batt. was disconnected while I was working on it...... anybody??, thanks :chug:
