What's the trick to get a hold of BS3

I need to order a harness, several emails and phone calls no response? Got someone on the phone two weeks ago, wouldn't take the order over the phone when I was ready to order???

What's the trick???

thats the main reason why people choose not to use BS3...
sucky customer service...

good luck...you will find more answeres thru Google than you will thru trying to contact them.
