How will no o2's effect running

Hello everyone, im in the middle of putting a 4.8 lsx in my 86 chevy truck,
Motor is open manifolds i just got computer back from tunners, no vats set for my injectors disable emissions ect,
Question is i dont have my front o2's hooked up yet how will that affect how it runs???

Also how do i figure out what o2's i need not know exact year or what country it came from?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Gonna run like shit if it's not tune for open loop.

It will depend on how close the tune is with no fuel trimming going on. Relatively stock vehicles will run OK without them. No different than how a vehicle would run if on O2 sensor went bad. It will run better without O2s and open manifolds than with O2s and open manifolds. Smart thing to do would be to wait until everything is hooked up before you try and start it.

4.8, look on AutoZone's website for Chevy Silverado with the 4.8L. If they don't fit the plug take them back. But do not put them in the bung until you know they fit the connector.
