with creating a tune for my heads/cam 240sx with a ls1/t56 combo!

i've been reading a lot on how to tune and so far i've turned off the VATS and rear 02 sensors, adjusted the idle and base idle airflow to get it to not stall but other than that i'm lost and would need someone (I have a paypal account) to help me street tune this thing. I'm not looking to steal your knowledge and make a million dollars off it. I just need it to run right!
