well this sucks! Ill try calling again and see what they will do. They want me to send it back and pay shipping both ways plus 45$ service charge. I may cut my losses and buy a different wideband. Ive been reading to many stories of problems with this one. Thanks for the help

Tell them it is defective straight out of the box... they should not charge anything (if they value their customers).

Just wanted to update the thread. After trouble shooting with another tech at innovate we got the controller to work. It has to be wired directly to my battery. So I bought a inline fuse and a relay and I'm going to wire it in that way. Hopefully this helps someone in the future. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Anyone know the part number for the O2 sensor for the LC1 innovate? Had mine for a while, but it is starting to freeze, and reads then stop. Thinking it may need a new sensor.
