Aftermarket engine management for 91 TBI 5.7?
I know this isn't a ls topic. But I now have a donor truck. 1991 chev with 5.7tbi/auto trans. I want to put this in my 50GMC pick up. Should I use the stock Ecu and wiring or is there a simplified afermarket engine management I can use? Hoping to have it. Ore than just stock. Thanks

Pretty sure that is a Delphi 56 pin connector.

If so then this can be used to replace the ECM.

I have used these on Camaros, Fieros, and trucks, but it could be more of a project than you are looking for(you have to build it), but it is pretty powerful and inexpensive.
