Can I start and move my car with 3 bar MAP if it was tuned with a 2 BAR?

Just like the title states i'm getting ready to put my motor back in and I want to install the 3 bar if possible. It was originally tunes on a 2 bar speed density tune. I am not looking to drive it around town or anything, I just want to be able to move in and out of garage a few times and load it onto my car hauler, ect...

Fueling on the SD tune will be out of whack but it may run.

I'll just leave the 2 Bar installed then. It doesn't take that long to install the 3 Bar at the tuners anyway I guess.
