You have to be on the latest release. 2.4.7xx if I recall. I just got done upgrading today to get 2 bar for my LQ. Just log into the HP Tuner site and on your page will be a download link for the latest release.

But I was talking about OEM ECUs, even the roadrunner is for temporary use only

Actually Subaru tuned with Cobb tuning will hold about 2 dozen real time tables until the ecu is reset or loses power.
