I put a tiny 205/210 cam in the truck and am trying to clean up the tune but have found it won't take any timing. It constantly pulls *8 timing and won't feed more than 3* back in after that. From what I am reading, this was common on the 99-00 trucks and the "fix" is to load a 01-02 OS and then tune the truck on that.

I have no idea how exactly to go about doing that and also wanted to ask if there is anything else specific to change while doing so?

I know I would want to double check injector data for sure, but I've read there might be problems with the alternator voltage light blinking if some change isn't made but can't find specifics on what is being referred to there.
