Please Help in a PANIC

So I was driving home on the freeway and my CEL came on and it did sound a little different under acceleration to get on the freeway. Really weird... I did notice that the CEL came on right away and I decided to get off the freeway and out of high rpms. At the light at idle I rev it slightly and I noticed that the vacuum increased instead of going towards boost on the boost gauge. Never done that before. I don't want to damage the valves or motor or etc.....

What could have happened or what could have caused it?

And it's my daily driver so should I not be driving this right now to work?

I'm supposed to pick up a hood in 9 hours and it's about 59 miles away 1 way....

Please help guys

If you have a supercharger, you should really have a back up ride. I wouldn't drive it. It sounds like you lost boost for a thrown belt or charger failure. At a minimum you will probably run way rich and kill some rings.
