Tuning base running airflow

Tuning base running airflow I've searched and I find several different methods for doing this but some will say this was didn't work or this didn't. Can someone point me to a accurate explanation of how to tune this table? What do I need to make a histogram of etc. sorry for the dumb questions
Log with this file (had to ZIP - forum won't allow cfg file uploads). Do not touch your throttle. Do it from a cold start. The histogram will populate automatically.

Btw, the version of the Russ K idle tuner has my adjustments. It monitors dynamic airflow and desired airflow. If your IAC counts are all over the place or wrong, these are the numbers you need to get aligned.

The car was tuned with iac counts going to 0 so I adjusted the throttle body to get the counts between 40 and 60 but I'm still getting a hanging idle at times just not as bad and the car will stall now sometimes if I make a sudden stop throwing thr clutch in. It was also tuned with a vacuum leak.

I wasn't the one that tuned it I'm just trying to fix some issues with it. And it's speed density tuned so no maf. And the car had a Nick Williams 102mm tb. It never had any of those problems until after the tune was done.

Good question, especially if you have a non-stock TB.
Recently switching to the FAST 102mm TB and LSXR is giving me a moderate amount of grief. I know many people complained that the 90mm TB has IAC ports that are too small; not sure if the 102mm improved on that.
