Welcome to ls1tech.com.

Looking up the product on their website, it comes with a custom harness.
Since it has custom connectors and pins, adapting your existing harness would be extremely difficult.

Why don't you want to use the custom harness that comes with it?

Default Haltech S200 C5 install

I'd reach out to Matt at FSP in florida

he has quite a bit of Haltech experience and may be able to mod the factory wiring to piggy back the Haltech on the C5

Also reach out to Eric G. at Haltech

there isn't a "plug and play" harness that I know of that is available pre done.

the wiring comes "un terminated" for the c5 and you have to take over the engine management from the factory ECM and leave the ECM in the car for integration with the dash, ect....

this is the tricky part it seems with the aftermarket stuff for the c5

good luck!
