Shoutout to Frost Tuning Awhile ago I had gotten a Frost Tune done after hearing recommendations on this board. I bought one of his recertified PCMs and a mail order tune.
Well last night the PCM decided to bite the dust, all sorts of lights showed on the dash and my OBD scanner said the vehicle didn't even have a computer to scan. Luckily I still had my old PCM, and after swapping it in the car runs fine again.
So I sent an email to Frost. Something like 15 minutes later I get a call from a virginia phone number and he is on the phone telling me to send it back and he will ship a new one with the tune! All this after that PCM had already been in the car for nearly 8 months.
Just wanted to give a recommendation and post for others about how Frost looks out for his customers!
