Other than CKP, what can cause PCM to stop spark and fuel?

Other than CKP, what can cause PCM to stop spark and fuel? Pretty sure I have eliminated the crank position sensor as the problem, but I do not know what other conditions can cause the PCM to kill the fuel, spark, and fuel injection pulses It is not VATS and PCM checks fine . Any other ideas?
