Default 5.3 goes into limp mode

Hi there I'm new to the site I've search and I'm coming up with nothing I have a 04 5.3 with a 4l80e in a 85 Buick t-type and a 70mm Garrett 60lbs injectors twin 255 pumps and meth water to air intercooler stock motor running drive by wire and no maf every time I load the turbo around 4 5 lbs of boost it goes into limp mode my af gauge says I'm not going lean so I'm at a loss and like I said I'm new to this I understand how it all works just must be missing something thanks for any help I can get

Reduced Engine Power is usually triggered by exceeding a predicted air flow or the pcm thinking the electronic throttle not being in the position that is being commanded. REP is more of a ETC fail safe.

Ok so a buddy said stock map is only good for 15 but if seeing a spike might put it in to limp and u say throttle body seeing to much air and forcing you t open goes into limp

He's saying that there are predicted airflow/ETC tables that may need to be edited.

Thank u for dumming it down for me there's not a ton of people i no here in Maine where I live that know much about this stuff
