Default Front O2's vs Rear?

Is it possible to use the rear O2's in place of the fronts if the connector body is swapped. My LS project will be running a 03 GMC Yukon XL harness and PCM with no rear O2's (tuned out by LT1swap.com) with the square O2 connectors. I was given a pair of rear O2's from a 2004 GTO with the flat connector and I've re-pinned them into the square housings I had from some damaged front sensors. I pinned them by letter (A to A, B to B,etc..) so they should be correct even though the colors are different. Any reason why this won't work? These are just for use on the run stand, once the motor is in the car I will install new ones.

Thanks!
S.F.
