LM7 Swap wiring issues

LM7 Swap wiring issues Did the first start on my swap last week and the engine comes up and runs good. Shortly after startup it jumps up on idle to about 1500 rpm.
I have a code u0107, Lost communication with TAC module.
I'm running a 5.3. with a 4L60E trans.
The TAC, APP, harness and engine are supposed to be from the original 05 Tahoe, came from a salvage yard. PCM was purchased and programmed for standalone from LT1SWAP.com.
I rewired the harness per LT1SWAP.com.
I have checked grounds, TAC, APP, and PCM wiring. Throttle body also.
From posts I know about the SB on the throttle body, but wires checked good and wiggling them doesn't change that, still a possibility...

APP # 090704-0930A-A ?? doesn't look like a gm part # but I pulled this myself from the vehicle.
I plan on clearing codes and testing again.
Will the PCM maintain codes if the keep alive power is removed?
Any ideas would be appreciated, don't really have any donor vehicles I can swap parts with to verify operation.
