Default Bank 2 Misfire - the WHOLE bank

Well, after getting the LS1 in place, and all my wires hooked up, I am getting a bank 2 (cyl 2,4,6,8) misfire. I get no spark, and I'm not sure about injection. It appears all ign. signal wires have continuity to the PCM, the bank is getting a full 12v at each coil tower, and the ground is good. Any ideas for what is wrong? Its an '02 Camaro engine and as a side note I was reading the manual on the Crate LS1 and it layed out different pinouts for the PCM IGN Control than what my '02 engine had. The discrepency being the following:

Crate Engine
Red Connector
PCM 13 Red/Wht
PCM 57 Dk Grn/Wht
PCM 54 LT BLu/Wht
PCM 52 Ppl/Wht

'02 Camaro Engine
Red Connector
PCM 67 Red/Wht
PCM 29 DK GRN/Wht
PCM 61 LT Br/Wht
PCM 28 LT BLU/Wht

What harness and year pcm are you using?

Sounds like you don't have the coil harness plugged in on one side or it's messed up.

I'm hoping this isn't the issue but an 01 PCM with a 99 binary and a 02 harness. the explination is kinda complicated but longs story short, i made use of what I had available. The 01 PCM works in a 99 camaro, and as best I remember, it worked earlier with my 02 engine - it just doesn't now.

All the plugs are connected and I have checked voltage at all the different connections, and they are all withing a few .0xx volts of eachother.

I guess if the year of the PCM is an issu

Well so you can get the car to run on 4 cylinders? If that is the case then you can unplug the one side and it won't make a difference right?

What year is the crate engine?

Not sure. I didn't get a crate engine, just the manual for it cause it was only $35. Turns out it hasn't been that accurate. I have the GM Service Manuals for the 2002 and it lists everythign accurately. Correct, 4 cylinders, all on bank 1. And correct, if I disconnect the main ign. harness for the 2nd bank, it doesn't change anything.

Ok, its a porsche 911 with a 2002 CHP Camaro LS1 engine, its got the 2002 harness. The 2002 PCM wasn't functioning when we got the setup from the boneyard so we wheeled and dealed and got an 01 PCM. It didn't work either, so we went to a GM dealer, and got it reflashed in my neighbors 99 Camaro with a 99 Binary - this process worked and the 01 PCM made the 99 Camaro run without problem.

At this moment, the 2001 Camaro PCM has a 1999 Camaro binary and is hooked up to a 2002 engine and harness. The 2nd bank of the 2002 engine does not fire. The first bank runs perfectly. If I disconnect the 2nd bank's ignition harness, the situation obviously does not change.

Well...

1) signal/power/ground issue in the harness to the pcm
OR
2) messed up pcm.

Power and Ground are perfect, with signal all I could do was test resistance in the line between PCM connector and Ignition Coil harness - this was fine

I think this is probably more likely the problem
Thanks for the help man.

I'd swap the pcm first, and eliminate that as the culprit. Since the problem is not having spark to both sides, makes me think pcm, or... since it won't run on that side, it's not getting fuel or spark? If it's not getting fuel the injector driver's in the pcm might be messed up.
