Looking to buy handheld scanner

So, my new to me 2000 T/A threw a SES light last night. So, I swing into autozone and have them scan it. No codes found, can't display data, etc. This has happened numerous times at differing stores with my 99 T/A and frankly, I'm growing tired of incompetence. The person always grabs the cheapest scanner they have, it never works to display the codes, blah blah.... So, I'm gonna buy my own. I'm looking at the Bosch brand and want to be able to display, get info on, scan, and erase ses codes. Anyone have one of these scanners? Another brand? I am not a smartphone guy, and I run Linux on my PC, so a computer based or phone based setup is probably a no-go for me. Bosch #1http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...itemDetailTab_
Then there's this one that may help with my airbag light (And I have checked fuses and the ground near battery): http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...itemDetailTab_

I settled on the 2nd one in my list. The bosch 1200 model. I can say it works great. It narrowed my airbag light down and gave me the code to do troubleshooting and allowed me to see the SES light code and clear it once I made the repair.
