Base tune set up Hp tuners 3 bar
 

Did a quick search, couldn't really find a good answer. Here is the situation, installed lq4 with a 78mm turbo on my 01 trans am with a 3 bar map. Got a tune from a friend of mine with a very similar setup just to get me started, copied it over in comparison mode into my file. After it was done I notice the OS tab and in there an option for speed density 3 bar code modification, my question is should I applied now? Will it the change the tables that I already copied over? Also noticed that it will change the operating system, if I applied it now can it lock up my ecm since it's running on different OS? I'm running newest software version from hp tuners and I'm pretty new to this and Im sorry if it's a common question. Thanks for your help, really apreciate it!
