OS swap on 0411 pcm, HP Tuners

I am having problems with a 4l80e trans segment swap on my turbo project.
The PCM I am using for it has a 12202088 OS that has been changed to a 3 bar speed density. I have only found two compatible 4l80e tunes in 2 weeks of searching. Both are producing poor results.

I would like to use the more common 12212156 OS. I have that in another vehicle, and it seems to control the 4l80e correctly.

Can I swap OS? Will it require a new license?

You can change the OS but you will have to use more credits unless you have unlimited for 2002.

gotcha. thanks for the info.

on a hunch I swapped my 12202088 pcm into my daily with the 12212156 PCM
c&p'd over all the engine data from my daily and it controls the 4l80e just fine.

Which leads me to believe I have a hardware or wiring issue in the turbo truck.

I still get a really weird result when I swap the trans segment, it puts every cell in my main VE to 552. easy fix, but rather odd.

Ya I'd use the 12212156 os and segment swap from a 02 express van the Trans segment stuff then upgrade to a 3 bar. That's what I did on my firebird.
