B&M 4L80e will not **** correctly and will not got to 1st gear when at a stop
Customer brought in a 1970 Chevelle with a carbureted 502, a 4L80e trans that we cut the trans tunnel and added metal to make it fit so the customer has overdrive. when you drive the car it will not shift until it hits the rev limiter. and when you come to a stop the trans will only downshift when the car has completely stopped for around 30 seconds. the car will shift normally if you use the PRND321 manually. we have the Shift Plus 2 TCU with the TPS hooked up. When we use the hand held in live data we can see everything working properly. we have the shift agression turned as low as it will go, along with the low speed shift. we are stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to get this Chevelle out of our shop and down the road. if anyone has any input that might help we would appreciate it!
