Connecting an LC-2 Wideband to HPTuners MVPI - How??
How do you connect the innovate LC-2 Wideband to the HPTuners MVPI? I know the little green thing on the side, but which wires? I have 2 plugs coming from the innovate module: "out" and "in" both are small 4 prong square connectors. do I need to cut off these connectors to hook it to the MVPI? If so, which 2 wires?

I've already seen that video and read my manual. Nothing in there tells how to hook up to the MVPI. It tells you how to connect it to a laptop, but they way they say will only read AFR and won't link with anything else, so it's rather useless for logging.
I font exactly want to just cut connectors off of things without knowing what will work first.

Ensure proper grounding first. Having everything tie to a common point is your best bet.
I started getting an Error 8 on my old LC-1. Sensor was 7 years old.
Where the sensor is located is very important as well as when it's turned on. There is ceramic in the sensor. If you turn it on 30 sec before you start the car moisture from the exhaust can shock the ceramic and crack it. This is more likely if the sensor is mounted lower than parallel to the ground. Ideally you want between 12 and 3 o'clock.
Best way it to tie the WB to the fuel pump. This way it will only be one when the engine primes (5 sec max) and when running. You want the sensor to heat up with the engine.
If the cal, grounding, location and timing with engine startup doesn't fix it your sensor may already have broken.

I would assume that its properly grounded because it worked just fine when calibrating it and always lights up. Its located at just about 12 o'clock position, and its just wired into a 'key on' source, but the thing hasnt even sat for more than 30 seconds with the key on???
My sensor is about 20 miles old unfortunately...

So when u ground input 5 does it go to the same bolt on chassis that u out the wideband to or no. I've seen mixed reviews. Mine is going to the same right now and it's not accurate
