Default Holley efi help

I posted in another section, but this might be better.
I have a 383 sbc with a terminator tbi system and have the v4 software. Car runs good until 5k rpm. Then serious mis fire or cut out? Datalog shows 13.4 a/f when this happens. I know thats lean, but is it lean enough to cause a misfire? Commanded afr is 12.8 at 95 kpa and 5k+ rpm. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Misfire will show lean. Check plugs, wires, plug gap etc.

Im getting spark, but #2 plug is still bleach white. I have a dual plane intake and have heard of tbi throttle bodies not liking that. Maybe that is my problem? It only happens at 5k. Nothing underneath that. Can 13.4 afr be too lean at wot and 5k rpm? Enough to cause a misfire?

Can you post a screen shot of a log when it's misfiring? I only ran my Holley system on a turbo setup. I had a misfire just before boost when I had a bad plug wire. Is it a constant 13.4 or is it bouncing around? A misfire usually has very unsteady AFR readings.
