Default Bench Harness Diagram for E67 HP Tuners

I've been running Holley EFI on my last two swaps and about to purchase HP Tuners pro for my latest engine purchase a 5.3 LH6 out of 2007 gmc envoy. It has a e67+t42 tcm,I took all the harnesses, pedal and would like to start it before i put it in next project. Also I took a few e67 C1 and OBD2 plugs from junkyard so i can make a bench harness.Seeing if anyone has made one for a e67 trying to gets some ideas and diagram.
Thanks,
Brian

On the E67 you will need all 3 of the connectors. They are molex mx connectors,
The trans connector is different (micro 64). Steve

Default Rouge Racing

Hi Brian, you could also call Nick, Rouge Racing (310-619-4966) as he has these connectors.
Nick too has done MANY E67 harnesses.

X2 is not necessary for the e67 bench harness. You can connect the ground wire to X3-73. The ign voltage to x2-13 is to power the internal ecm circuits for tac operation and does not need to be powered to read or write to the ecm.

Im not running it on mine and it still works fine, but if its already there i would just leave it. It definitely won't hurt anything. Should be 120 ohms.

I would also wire the High Speed GMLAN wires slightly different than the factory. From the factory they run from the DLC to the TCM and then from the TCM to the ECM. The problem with that is if for some reason you were wanting to connect to a manual vehicle that does not have a TCM, you wouldn't be able to connect to the ECM because the High Speed GMLAN circuits would now be open since the TCM connector is unplugged. You would have to install jumpers into the TCM connector to get it to work. If you wire the High Speed GMLAN wires in parallel from the DLC to the ECM and TCM, that will no longer be an issue. I've attached the factory schematic for an 08 TBSS which is wired the same as your 5.3 Envoy. Don't worry about Pin 2 at the DLC. You won't need that. I have also attached a schematic showing how to modify the High Speed GMLAN wires. You won't need to connect anything to Pins 37 and 38 of the TCM connector.
