93 rx7 5.3 swap wont start, unlocked pcm

Default 93 rx7 5.3 swap wont start, unlocked pcm
the pcm is an e67 out of a 2007 cts-v, it has been unlocked and flashed with a gmpp tune. i have had a remote tuner log in and adjust the computer but it still wont fire. its getting fuel but the spark looks very weak and it seems like it wants to fire but wont. ive attached a log file of it trying to start and the hp tuners file.

Your VE tables looks really odd and being in SD I would double check it.

You also dont have your IAT hooked up, thats needs to be working or its adding ALOT of fuel.
