Default 04 GTO need idle help i'm ready to burn it idle problems

GTO idle log.hplI've got a 04 GTO A4 3200 ish converter and unknown cam. that will not stabilize idle. My LTIT and STIT will not show up in the log. It shows in the channels but they stay zero for some reason and if I put my RAF table where the scanner shows it should be the car will idle extremely high like 1500. Manually adjusting the RAF table I can get it to stabilize in say park and in gear ac off but with ac it will hunt. If I mess with it to stabilize with the ac on it'll hunt with it off. The only way to get the car to idle strong all the way around is a ton of RAF but it will maintain 55 and pull the brakes terribly. Heres a log and the tune file. I've messed with over and underspeed. Integral airflow, base timing, even tried a new IAC. Anybody have any idea why the LTIT and STIT will not read and what could be the hold up. Allen Bailey GTO A4 LS1 working 2 use this.hpt

That stabilized it tremendously. I had to turn the airflow adders down and baf but it’s good now. Only issue is in park it will surge upward a tiny bit then drop back to target. Thanks a ton
