Default MAP sensor reading 32kPa at idle... Heavy RPM Surge

Just finished my LS swap in my FD RX7 mid summer and I’ve had to fight numerous problems to get it running correctly. My latest problem being I switched back to stock setup and tune but my car has a serious RPM surge that hangs for a solid 5 seconds before it returns to idle. What’s bothering me is the MAP reads 32kPa at idle and 25kPa after throttle blip which can’t be right, right?

Current setup:
4.8L stock
LS1 intake manifold
102mm TB
Long Tube Headers
3.5” Exhaust
Z06 MAF
Open Airbox (no filter) at the moment

Just went from 80lb Deka injectors and 80lb tune to stock 28lb injectors and stock LS1 tune but this problem wasn’t existing with the 80s... Makes me think it’s something in my tune, which I will upload both log and current tune as well as previous tune.

Any help would be amazing as im pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it’s acting like a huge vacuum leak but pulling readings of 32kPa at idle.
