HPtuners for the 98's

Anyone that has this for their 98, are you happy with it and does it do everything you need and its it easy to understand? Are there any better options than this that control all the same functions?

Ya, I was wondering if they had the 98 Knock sensor tweaks like version 1.3 of LS1 Edit had...the tweaks are:

2) Knock Allowed Time Table -97-98 only - This table defines how long
Knock is allowed before starting retard.

3) Knock noise Level - 98 only - should allow you to adjust the knock
sensitivity.

anybody have any experience, I'm ready to buy but I'd like a "little" comfort in knowing I'm getting the right thing.

I have it and love it. I have already been nagging them on the HPTuners forum, with no response. PLEASE! Post on the forum there, so we can convince them it is a mod (knock sensor adjustment) people want.

I take it you mean so you can delete it or desensitize it somewhat?
Wolfee (I have a LOT of learning to do) :)

Edit lets you desensitize....all we HPTuner user's expect is the same...

I have used it on 2 98's. I like it WAY better than Edit. I have Edit on my own car and compared to HP, it just flat out sucks. HP is faster and easier to use.
