100 octane & 12.4 to 1 static CR

Without getting too much into my setup which is changing by the minute lol

I was originally going to run 91 pump gas and 11.4 to 1 CR

But was wondering about bumping compression to 12.4 to 1 static and running Sunoco100 octane that I have local to me and readily available. I know the cost of 100 vs pump gas.

But gas money aside, am I looking at a solid 15-20 hp/tq by upping CR if we choose 12.4 over 11.4

And is 100 octane enough,Assuming the cam was specd for 11.4 to CR but now want to bump it up?

I'm not quite ready to go E85 and am looking at bridging the gap between 91 pump to E85 since

That will be enough actane imho.

Should be fine. 100 octane goes a lot further than 91.
