LS swap no spark

Trying to help out a buddy who has swapped in a 5.3 in a 68 Firebird that he's working on.... The thing is not sparking the plugs when we crank the engine with the plugs laying on the block/heads..... I was probing around the 4 pins on the plug going to one of the coils before it got dark on us, seems to have voltage......

I'm posting this short log of us cranking the engine, maybe someone can take a look and identify anything they might see...... We are wondering if maybe the crank position sensor and/or cam position sensor are faulty???

He bought a Fleabay LS standalone harness, I told him to work his own that way he knew it was done right lol. Starting to wonder if the Fleabay harness is wonky maybe also?

Likely, no voltage to them.
Make sure the wiring is hot in both the crank and run modes.

Thanks for the insight. He is soldiering on with it and it's starting to look like the cheap Fleabay harness is junk.
