Default Heater Circuit Codes on BOTH O2 Banks after Fresh Build

Hoping for some quick tips on where to start. Just got done with a fresh build, had the entire engine out of the car. Now, my tuner has found that both banks are throwing the P0135 O2 heater circuit code. They of course were fine before the build... any thoughts on something I may have missed when putting it all back together / what's a likely place to start troubleshooting?

Just seems odd that both would go, figure there has to be something in common between the two of them.

Thank you!

i'd first start buy checking fuses and looking at a wiring diagram to see what powers the heater circuits.

but that's just me.

Thanks, guys for the replies! I found that the Engine Sensor fuse was blown. We had a couple let's say... spark events when re-assembling everything and tracking down other ground issues. Figure one of those took the fuse out.

Engine sensor?? No such animal by that name. Knock, crank, cam, temp, IAT, MAF, but no engine. Which one was it?
