lq9 h.c.i, 4k stall tuned on speed density, 0411 pcm the car will run but a little before stalling out with sensor plugged in and has a hard time starting when the motor is up to temp, if i unplug the sensor it fires right up and runs good

Fixed it. I thought it was a typo in your first post. Acronyms should always be capitalized for better clarity.
You might have a bad IAT sensor.

I wonder if the tune is overly lean. With iat unplugged you get -39 degrees and it runs pig rich. So if it is running good without it you are very lean.

Also consider a smoke test for vacuum leaks
