Default Module to get stock tach/rpm gauge to work with Holley?

I know there were a bunch of people working on this and some vids of people getting it working on YouTube. Did anyone actually get one done that allows your factory rpm tach to work with the Holley Terminator X?

Factory tach wants both the cam and crank signal.

When I plug a scan gauge into the OBD port it shows the rpm but the factory gauge is dead.

the dash only takes in a square wave. its red 10 on the factory ecu. the cam sensor has nothing to do with it unless youre using the factory pcm to drive the tach.

Doesn't the Term X have a tach output wire in the harness that can be hooked up to the factory gauge cluster tach wire?
