LSX 90 w/FAST 90 TB idle tuning

LSX 90 w/FAST 90 TB idle tuning Anyone have any tips for getting the idle to work in these two conditions:
1) Getting idle after starting the car after it has sat overnight. It'll fire right up but the RPMs will fall to about zero and the car will shut off unless I blip the throttle a few times and/or put the car in gear (MN6) and drive about 10 feet. Once I drive about 10 feet or so it'll work just fine from then on.
2) Same issue as 1 but only occassionaly occuring on hot starts.
My IACs are b/w 30-80 with and without A/C on, idle is at 950 RPM. Thanks for any and all info.
