Default IAT sensor + nitrous timing retard quesion..

What resistor can I use inplace of the IAT sensor to simulate very hot conditions? I want to wire up a relay and once the nitrous comes online the relay will switch over to the resistor crossreferenced to the temp retard table so it pulls timing.

Low temps = high resistance (100k ohms @ -39 deg f)
High temps = low resistance (70 ohms @ 266 deg f)

I would use a varistor to vary the resistance as needed. That is, if I didn't have a custom operating system from EFI Live that allows me to pull timing and add fuel at the flip of a switch.

Man this is old. But anyway, Before we had custom operating system like the ones found in EFI Live, I used relay to electrically connect a potentiometer in place of the IAT sensor. I then adjusted the potentiometer to make the car think it was 145 Deg outside to make it pull timing.
Here is a like to some idea's on post #26.
