SES light flashing...WTF???

I loaded a new LS1 Edit tune today that borrows some tables from the LS6. The good news is that the car runs great, the bad news is the the SES light flashes off and on, at about 1 sec. intervals. It stops when I am idling, then comes on again when I get the car going. I connected my scanner, and no codes are being thrown.
BTW, I also installed a new O2 sensor, both sensors are putting out about 600mv.
What gives?

do you have efi, or autotap? check misfires

Sorry, I should have done a search first. It means multiple misfires or the cat is running too hot. It does seem to run rich, so I will try to lean it out and see if it goes away.

did you turn cots off?

I reloaded my old program, and the problem went away, so the new Edit file must have an error in the COT delete section or the misfire tables. I will start error checking all the tables.
