Went back to Stock MAF
I replaced my Granitelli MAF with the stock unit this morning. Hooked everything back up and used a hypertech programmer (just to calibrate for the 4.10 gears in the Moser). The hypertech cleared 3 codes P0131, P0300, and P0420. I know the p0300 is the multiple misfires, but what are the other two? The page in the sticky wouldn't load for some reason. I originally went back the the stock MAF due to the SES light coming on and a drop in gas mileage. I have since driven about 50 miles this morning doing errands and the SES light has not came back on and the car feels like it is running a little stronger. You can see my current mods in my sig. I also have an LS6 intake with 28.8lb injectors and LT headers (race style) waiting to be installed with a dyno tune in the garage. My question is, could the Granitelli MAF have caused the codes to be thrown, and depending on the other two codes that I don't know will a dyno tune and the additional modes cure the SES problem? Thanks in advance guys.

P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
Seems unlikely that these would be the GMAF's fault unless
it was too lean to correct by trimming. But if the car was
already a bit lean then the GMAF would have just made it
more so and maybe the O2 would just lie on the floor. I'd
expect a mixture code there, though.
I think with the long tubes you should go ahead and put
'Vette rear O2s on the front O2 positions, then and there;
otherwise you're almost certain to see more of these O2
codes (on the fronts, which you can't disable). These may
or may not totally prevent codes & trimming sloppiness
but they will at least fight it.
