Can someone look at this Autotap file if my car and see if everything is ok??
This is my car with mods in sig running a 225 wet shot. I hit it in third and took it part way through fourth. Im just trying to make sure everything is running ok and this stuff is kind of greek to me. Sorry if the format is hard to read.

If LS1Tech guys are going to give you free advice, you can't give them a headache full of data.
You need to do a little editing before you post an autotap log. You need to edit down that data and focus on the areas that you believe you have a problem. Either that, or ask if anyone will look at your .csv file.
Here is one example of how you can stretch it out, and try to make it easier to read!

That format posted, while difficult to read on a web page, can be cut/pasted directly into a *.csv file and then opened into Excel.
Just join all 3 the header lines into a single line and remove the double quotes from the start and end of each data line and save as a *.csv file. Then open the file in Excel.
The log appears perfectly normal. The only point of interest is, you can see the torque management pulling spark timing at the 1->2 upshift. The timing drops from 25 to 10 and then back to 25 again.

The long term fuel trims will be updated if the short term fuel trim reaches its maximum trim (about 25%) and still cannot bring the O2 voltage back across the lean/rich thresold voltage. If the LTFT is updated in that manner, then the STFT is reset back to zero and the whole process begins again.
However, the LTFT changes that you see in the log are more likely to be caused by the engine operating conditions changing (MAP and/or RPM) which in turn cause the PCM to use a different learned long term fuel trim cell.
If the LTFT cell was included in the log you would almost certianly see the cell number changing at every LTFT change point.
