What to values do you expect to see?

What to values do you expect to see? I just finished installing my new motor & turbo and cranked it up for the first time today. I was logging data, but I'm not sure what I should expect to see in terms of Advance, MAF, MAP, AFR, etc. I want to make sure everything is working okay before I take it to break in the motor. Too much money & time invested now to cut corners. Will the PCM still have to "relearn" before my values look correct/system starts running correctly? If so, how long does this take?
If anyone can provide some insight on what to expect or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
Here are some highlights:
-Advance was at around 21 degrees at idle and would go up to 41 when the throttle was lightly pressed (TP= 8-10%)
-MAF stayed arond 1.3 #/min at idle (800 RPM)
-MAP was around 7.2# at idle
I am a little concerned that after starting with an AFR of 10.6 it ramped to 13.0 and then went to 14.6 when it went to closed loop mode. That's probably my biggest concern. I have plenty of fuel pressure.
What other parameters should I be monitoring?
