Ecm won't reset?

Ok I got a SES light the other day, found 2 bad air check valves (one of them had a crack in it) , replaced them and reset the ecm, SES light won't go away, it's there even before I start the engine, and won't go away even if I drive it. Since I live in Sweden it's not very easy to find anyone that can scan it?? Any Ideas, Is there something that could trigger a SES without starting the engine?
Tanks

Ok, got it scanned, p0412 and p0418, so I checked the air pump fuse....blown! Problem is that it keeps on blowing every time I replace it??
Anybody know what could be wrong?
