I thought you got LC to work with your 01 file? no?

If for some reason you did convert to a holden file, why the comodore and not the monaro. The comodore is a huge tank but the monaro is just a gto and might have more similar paramaters to an fbody.

Doesn't the fuel gauge work differently on the Holdens? I believe you will lose your fuel gauge function.

thats part of what I am trying to figure out...
which holden bin is the closest to f-body for compatibility..

I thouhgt my LC was working(because of MPG) but further investigation using my new wideband shows it is not...

I dont know what attributing to the good MPG..well...better.. It went from 23 to 26...

The only car I've dumped LC into i've not heard back from yet, he didn't have time for me to scan it. We'll see in a few days if any fuel was saved. His work commute is 90% highway, easily see's 325miles + per tank. I wanna see 375 with LC

personally i wouldn't try it. There are many, many parameters that can potenitally be different that aren't supported by editing packages. Everything from what type of AC is fitted, cruise control, alternator diagnostics, instrument panel types and options, interfaces to traction control and many other vehicle accessories, the way the fans operate and are wired in, various diagnostics, emmissions tests, no rear O2's, EVAP system differences etc. Even more stuff to go wrong if it is an A4.

I flashed an fbody OS into my M6 monaro once and i got something like 40 DTC's, the fans stayed on high speed at all times and the cluster did some really weird christmas tree impressions Sure i could drive around the block, but it wasn't fun.

You just need to figure out where those magical two bytes are and plug in the NOOP
