Default If you spin the engine past 7,000 on stock PCM......

I have once or twice heard of guys spinning their stock PCM cars past 7,000 rpm. What happens since the tables run out at 7,000?

It uses the last value... but keep in mind while PE runs out at 7200 or so, VE and spark go up to 8000... so you can still tune the car to run up to about 8k, past that you're entering dangerous territory

Some tables go out to 8000. Some quit early
and then you just sit at the last value. This
is true for my '02 anyway, I don't know what
an LT1 PCM might do.

Not that I would ever want to do that, I always just kinda wondered. If my **** would make power at 8K, then I would have Accel DFI or FAST.
