02's aren't reading!!
 

went out to tune my friend's car after he switched his o2s(one was giving crazy ass readings). We hooked them up, and the fuel trims show nothing! i forced the car into closed loop, and they start to read after that. his car is a 98. Has anyone had this problem before? Help is needed!!
