O2 sensor output depends on which gear I'm in???

Why would my O2 sensors read about 890mV in second gear and about 945mV in third and 4th gear???

This is what I'm getting during ATAP sessions while I'm doing a pull from second gear at low speed. I trip ATAP to log when I floor it in second gear.
